Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 10:17PM Third Bizarro Trailer for 'Pandorum'
Pandorum will be a part of this year's Comic Con, and it's really good timing
for a relatively small sci-fi movie to get a big jolt of fanboy momentum. That's gotta be the design,
clearly, so we'll keep tabs on it.

The film itself opens in September, and has given us a strong collection of some of the year's weirdest
trailers and posters. Ben Foster and Dennis Quaid wake up from one of those space naps that lasts for
years with no memory of who they are or what their mission is. Their crew is missing, too. And slowly (and
hopefully creepily), the details start rolling in.
There's a third trailer for Pandorum that kind of marries the first two with some additional
footage we haven't seen. And, as it has all along, this trailer makes you think you're finding something
out but you still have no idea what the hell is going on.

Pandorum opens September 18th. It's one of the movies early in the fall season that really has my
interest.

I don't know about this one yet. On the one hand it looks like it could be really good but on the other looks can be very deceiving. Only Alien and Aliens has ever really left a lasting imprint in all my horror sci-fi watching. Right away this has that sort of feel to me but different, it'll be interesting to see how this develops.
