Trailer - 'I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell'

In a post-Hangover world, it may be redundant for a movie like I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell, which you can see more of in the new trailer. Great title, and it's based on the book of the same name by Tucker Max. Max's book, about a botched bachelor party, seems perfectly suited for a movie...but that same thing has become one of the biggest films of the year. Tough to do that sort of thing second. Another point that's not in its favor is that Beer in Hell's biggest name is one of its producers, Richard Kelly of Donnie Darko fame. So I suppose this is probably of interest to fans of the book, which was a best-seller, so that's not a miniscule group. But because it probably won't see a couple thousand theaters, I don't believe we're looking at a sleeper hit here. I dunno. Looks rather derivative to me. And not as good as The Hangover. Just sayin'. I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell opens on September 25th.

trailer looks horrible. Movie sounds horrible.

I read the book, it's great. A shame they couldnt realize it on film.

Read the story about Tucker's first foray into anal sex. One of the funniest things I have ever read.
