Friday, September 18, 2009 at 5:40AM The Week in Review: Patrick Swayze, 'A-Team,' Blockbuster Blockbusted
As you have probably heard by now, Patrick Swayze passed away this week after a protracted battle with pancreatic cancer. I think
the news hit people harder than they expected it to, in part because maybe they hadn't put Swayze all that high up on their lists for such things and in
part because we've known this was coming for a while. But it certainly had an impact this week.

Outside of that sad news, we had more tumult in show business: Blockbuster is closing about 20% of its stores, the new movie Love Happens gets
slapped with a lawsuit from writers claiming their idea was stole, and The A-Team finally has a cast, after about 18 months of speculation. Add
it all up and it's our week in review.
