Watch the First 18 Minutes of ABC's 'Flash Forward'

You've got to think ABC wants a fair amount of audience duplication between Lost and the new series Flash Forward. With Lost entering its final season, the network is running out of time to find a replacement for the rule-changing sci-fi series. Now, ABC has tried and failed in seasons past to create a baby Lost, but there appears to be more interest in Flash Forward. It's aided by having the name recognition of David S. Goyer, which could bring in genre purists, and for the everyday TV viewer, it has a few recognizable faces if not names, like Joseph Fiennes, John Cho, and Courtney B. Vance. Again, they're not going to sell gossip magazines, but if they show up on screen, you've seen them before. The show debuts this Thursday, and ABC has released a whopping 18 minutes of the show to build more buzz for Flash Forward here in the final week before its premiere. That's quite an appetizer, and if you watch the first third of the show, the hope is you'll at least tune in Thursday to see the rest of it.
