Really? A 'Four Brothers' Sequel?

Blah. The first movie was fine, but is there much call for a Four Brothers sequel? The 2005 Mark Wahlberg movie was a reimagining of the western, The Sons of Katie Elder, and it had some good qualities, I guess, but I never thought at the time, "I'd like to see what happens next." Paramount, however, would like to see what happens next, and unlike the studio's Italian Job sequel that has never materialized, Mark Wahlberg is itching to make this follow-up. The Hollywood Reporter indicates it has the working title Five. Blah again. Wahlberg has been working with writers David Elliot and Paul Lovett, who crafted John Singleton's original (or original remake, anyway), but no plot points are at the ready. I don't think we'd see much of Garrett Hedlund, however, unless this becomes a zombie movie. In that case, I'd be significantly more interested. We also don't know yet if Tyrese Gibson and/or Andre 3000 will be back, but the title - again, they've cleverly chosen to go with Five - would hint that it's one louder. Some other brothers they forgot about, maybe. I think to me the real sticking point is why in the hell this isn't The Brazilian Job or whatever that sequelized remake was going to be. On the list of Mark Wahlberg movies in the past decade you'd pay to see again, I think it would be noticeably higher on the list than this one.

I hope not, is not because I don't like the first movie, is totally contrary, I like so much the first movie, and in the most of the case when a movie is good in it first edition, must keep in that position, remember fast & furious, sequels suck.
