Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 9:31PM Sandra Bullock Takes the Screen Actors Guild Award
One big surprise (or maybe not, at this point) at the Screen Actors Guild
Awards, with Sandra Bullock claiming Best Actress, pretty much paving the way for a win at the Oscars. I have no
animosity toward Bullock or The Blind Side, but of the three other nominees I've seen (never did get that Last Station screener with
Helen Mirren), her performance and her film was the least impressive of the bunch.

Bullock outgunned Meryl Streep, Carey Mulligan, Mirren, and Gabby Sidibe, and the three I've seen all had higher degrees of difficulty and were each
more convincing, and the other performance was by Helen Mirren. So...there you go.
As we said in our predictions piece earlier today, the winners here have the inside track on Oscar gold, because while not every member of the SAG
votes for the Oscars, Academy voting members for these awards are almost certainly active in SAG. So pencil in the following winners on your Oscar
pool ballot in about six weeks. And kudos to the ensemble winner; hopefully the Academy gets wise one day and includes this category, too.

I have no idea why Up in the Air was not put up for Best Ensemble....makes no sense to me
Im glad Inglorious took it I was rooting for them
Bullock is definilty Oscar bound without a doubt, which I agree is not the best work compared to the other performances, but her momentum & word of mouth , she's the "IT" girl with her whole comeback & all
Carey Mulligan or Meryl Streep should bring Kanye West as their date to the Oscars next month.
So when that mediocre film actress Sandra Bollocks wins her undeserved Best Actress prize, Mr. West can go on the stage and do his thing.
"Hey, Sandra, I'mma let you finish and everything, but Meryl Streep and Carey Mulligan had the best performances of this year! THIS YEAR!!" LOL
Seriously, the star of "All About Steve" better not be cited as this year's best.
That's good.Actually she deserve....she is nice actor. and i glad to see this news. thanks for sharing information with us.
what a wonderful show! the show is so colorful which makes a great enjoyment and entertainment
