Friday, January 29, 2010 at 4:41AM Week in Review: 'Avatar' Box Office, George Lucas, 'Harry Potter' in 3-D
This was the week that Avatar overtook Titanic in all-time box office receipts, but it has a few days to go before it does completes the trifecta of US, foreign, and global grosses. In other news, the one-time box office king, George Lucas, has hatched a plan to make a CGI musical about fairies. Yeah, it's hard to say with a straight face the first few times through. And you know Miramax? Well...not anymore you don't.
