Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 8:22AM Another Great and Safer-for-Work 'Kick-Ass' Trailer
We made a promise to you to share any video from Kick-Ass that we happened to find, and after a series of fairly aggressive trailers you probably couldn't show your co-workers, here's a toned-down version. But it's only toned down in terms of the content.

They're already talking sequel, and I'll leave it to you to determine whether or not that's a good thing at this point, but I'll be damned if there's another movie this year that looks to have this much energy and upside. So why wouldn't Lionsgate and director Matthew Vaughn (who's still my pick to lead The Avengers when the smoke clears) already be thinking of the next adventure.
Even though this trailer isn't as raw or as profane or as violent as the other ones we've seen, it does do a much better job with character introductions and even laying out more of the story, so it's a must-see.

This is the last hurrah before the summer season, and even with other superheroes in the mix in May, I think Kick-Ass could do good business for a while after its April 16th opening.

I like this trailer a lot actually, it might be the best one yet.
Definitely a good trailer. Puts together everything that's been released for the movie so far pretty well, and adds some more humor.
holy shit this movie is gonna be fucking awesome
