'Jackass 3D and a 1/3, The Smell of Johnny'

Okay, so that's not really the title. But wouldn't it be awesome if it was? I mean, we have 3D, when's the smell experience going to come into play? I'm putting way too much thought into this, and it's making me ill. Moving on.

But don't be surprised if there's a soon announced Jackass 3D sequel, and one that will be in theaters sooner rather than later.

Jackass 3D's success is no secret, but a major surprise. And it's reported that the guys filmed enough pranks for two movies, much like they did with Jackass Number 2 and Jackass 2.5. Except this time Paramount is considering making a full theatrical release of the excess footage. I mean, can you blame them? The movie is alread paid for, so it's basically an excuse to print money. The Jackass boys and Paramount would be dumb *not* to release the footage in another movie once this one dies down, and ride in on its success.

That's insane. Getting two movies for the price of one? It'd be like filming The Hangover and The Hangover 2 at once, rolling the costs together, and cashing in. And dare I make the comparison? They knew The Lord of the Rings was going to be massive, so they filmed them all at once. Paramount just did it by accident.

And what do we get to look forward to? According to Steve-O, one of the scenes left out of Jackass 3D involves someone farting darts into his face. Doesn't that just demand 3D, instead of a straight to DVD 2D release?
