Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 3:04AM New Trailer for Simon Pegg's 'Paul'
The dynamic duo of Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are back together again, this time for the sci-fi comedy 'Paul'.
You may remember these two hilarious Brits from the comedies 'Shaun of the Dead' and 'Hot Fuzz'. However, instead of fighting zombies or solving a murder mystery, they play a pair of sci-fi/comic book geeks that discover an alien outside Area-51 during a road trip.
The alien they encounter, 'Paul', who is voiced by Seth Rogen has crashed his ship and needs their help. The movie also stars the underrated Jason Bateman , Sigourney Weaver and one of my favorite comedic actresses in Kristen Wiig.
For only being a teaser trailer, it gives us a good idea of what the movie will be and it looks like a lot of fun. 'Paul' will be in theaters on March 18th, 2011, even though the trailer indicates otherwise.
I'm anxiously awaiting this movie and hope it will be as funny as the previous two Pegg/Frost big screen collaborations.

This movie is going to be hilarious. Unseen, I would go all in. If you haven't seen the British show Spaced, check it out. And I can't believe you didn't give Edgar Wright his props man, and I'm surprised to see he is not directing. Hopefully the Pegg/Frost/Wright trio will be reunited soon.
Jason Bateman is not underrated. He's actually pretty overrated in films if you ask me; except for his roles in Dodgeball & Smokin' Aces , he hasn't nearly accomplished as much as he should have. He does have a lifetime pass for being in the greatest sitcom of all time, Arrested Development , however.
Otherwise, Pegg/Frost together again? Yeah, sign me up!

this trailer is pure badass and worth every minute of my eyes lol.. MUST SEE for any comedy movie fans out there... there dude are geniuses.
