Friday, October 29, 2010 at 2:08PM Universal Sets Movie Release Dates
Universal has added more movies to the growing list of releases for us to look forward to from 2011-2013, according to deadline.com The release dates for movies like the 'Fast Five' (June 21, 2011), which is a sequel to the 'Fast and Furious' , and the movie adaptation of the popular board game 'Battleship' (May 18, 2011) have been previously set.

Here's a list of other exciting, future titles coming to us from Universal. Descriptions of the movies weren't available...Sorry.
July 11, 2011: 'Larry Crowne' starring Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts (ugh), Directed by Hanks
February 10, 2012: 'Safe House' starring Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington, Directed by Daniel Espinosa
March 16, 2012: 'Contraband' starring Mark Wahlberg and Kate Beckinsale, Directed by Baltasar Kormakur
June 1, 2012: 'Untitled Judd Apatow' written and directed by Apatow
August 3, 2012: 'The Bourne Legacy' Directed by Tony Gilroy, Matt Damon not on board yet
November 21, 2012: '47 Ronin' starring Keanu Reeves, Directed by Carl Rinsch
December 21,2012: 'Snow White and the Seven Huntsman', Directed by Rupert Sanders with Tom Hardy rumored to be attached.
May 17, 2013: 'The Dark Tower', Directed by Ron Howard
It's a nice full slate of movies to look out for in the next couple of years. I think 'The Dark Tower', 'The Bourne Legacy' and the Judd Apatow project are the movies I will anticipate the most. It's about time a big screen adaptation of the 'The Dark Tower' was made, and with Ron Howard expected to direct, I have high hopes for that one. Also seeing there's a new Apatow project on the horizon gets me excited. 'Funny People' is one of my favorite comedies, along with 'The 40 Year Old Virgin'.
Hopefully, there's something for everyone on the list of upcoming Universal movies.

"The Bourne Legacy... Matt Damon not on board yet", and never will be.
Good to hear that you like Funny People. I thoroughly enjoyed it as well.
What's wrong with Julia Roberts? This Georgian is offended! (yeah, not really). I don't know about Ron Howard directing The Dark Tower, doesn't seem like a good fit.
i mean, yeah i woulda been much happier with jj but at least its getting made
What's with the ugh on Julia? That's not nice.
