Brenden Fraser is one of those actors, at least to me, that should have more onscreen success. The Mummy is still one of my guilty pleasures movies, where if I find it on TV one afternoon, I'll stop flipping through channels. But even with that, and his recent hit Journey to the Center of the Earth, Brendan is still frustrated with his career. So after six years at the WME agency, he's decided to move on.

Can't say I blame the guy, really. Aside from Journey to the Center of the Earth, his last films have been ones like Inkheart, Furry Vengeance, and Extraordinary Measures. What movies are those, you ask? Exactly.
Although he did pass on the sequel to Journey to the Center of the Earth because New Line wouldn't meet his salary requests. Not a smart movie in my opinion, for a guy who has a struggling career and probably could use the success and paycheck. Instead, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will be taking over that potential franchise.
I'd like to see Brendan Fraser back on track, though. I always found him entertaining in movies, and think he does a decent job in action films. I used to be able to mention his name in a conversation and people knew who I was talking about. Now, I see him in a movie trailer and think, "Wow, he's still around? Where's he been?"
