Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 10:14PM Neil Patrick Harris on 'Dr. Horrible' Sequel
That crazy internet made a big hit out of Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, and the sequel has been talked about and written about ever since. Neil Patrick Harris would almost certainly have to be a part of any follow-ups, since he's Dr. Horrible and all. But the current plan is bigger than we even thought; NPH says it will likely be a feature film.

"That's their plan," the actor told MTV. "I don't know of what scale. They're talking all options, because they made the first Dr. Horrible in five days on no budget at all — that was its intention."
But it's not as simple as just doing the same thing again and charging people to see something they saw a few years earlier for free. There's a flips side of that, too, says Harris. "You don't want to necessarily make the feature film be an $80 million giant movie, because it defeats the purpose of what the first film was made to be."
Regardless of what they do, for it to be worthwhile, it needs to be the same people - Joss Whedon, Nathan Fillion, Simon Helberg, this guy. You might think that would mean the internet is the best option, just because it's easier to to assemble everyone for another five-day stint. But I think they have to add a little bit to it, just as you would with any sequel. And that, according to Harris, is probably why you'll see it in theaters.
"I don't know what their plans are, but I don't think it will be on the Internet," he added. "I think it will probably be a film. Now we
have to figure out everyone's schedules."

No Felicia Day though. :( I love Felicia Day!
Oh yeah, sorry. Spoiler Alert for all 2 of you who haven't seen the original film yet.
Please no Felicia. I fully expect the entire plot will be to try and remake her or bring her back using SCIENCE!
I hope they don't go overboard with it, I think what made the original so great was the smallness of it.
He said at my age he would like to check it out with an EKG, I agreed. The diagnosis, a strong, healthy heart beat.-buy replica Zara Shoes
