New Trailer and Poster for Tilda Swinton's 'I Am Love'

Let's suppose for a minute you're not into the big summer blockbusters. It doesn't mean you have to stop going to the movies for three months. In fact, The Hurt Locker and Moon are two films that immediately jump to mind that were released during the busiest time of the year in 2009, so there are certainly options out there for you, too.
Click to see the whole enormous poster This year is no exception, and the latest trailer for I Am Love pole-vaults it into the list of non-summer summer movies that have my eye. A gorgeous landscape, a highly effective musical accompaniment, and the promise of another great performance by Tilda Swinton...really, if you're looking indie any time of year, that's not a bad way to start. I Am Love premiered at Sundance and has received some lustful reviews, as you'll see in the trailer. It opens on June 18th and you can become a fan of the film for updates and such at its Facebook page.

Tilda Swinton is easily one of the most adaptable actors (not actresses, that tends to imply a diva-esque quality..or so i've been told) in Hollywood. And I can't really figure out if she's attractive or not, sometimes she has this classic elegant beauty about her, sometimes she's an absolutely detestable alien look alike. Either way this movie should be a great change of pace. Moon was one of my favorites from last year.
