Friday, August 13, 2010 at 6:17AM Week in Review - Sequelmania, Belushi, and MGM
We're winding down to the end of summer, but with three major releases in theaters this weekend, you'd never know it. But look ahead a couple weeks and you'll see what I mean. Barren. So, that leaves us to either look back at movies like Inception or look forward to an awards season that so far doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.

But just because the movies in theaters appear to be slowing, that doesn't mean the headlines are. Sequel talk sprouted up for a Green Lantern movie that's almost a full year away and for The Other Guys, which is only a week old. Oh, and Emma Thompson, who you'd hardly think is controversial about anything, took a shot at Audrey Hepburn, like a hockey goon shot out of nowhere.
