Well, at the very least, they won't have anything else to explain in the next trailer. The Guillermo del Toro-produced Julia's Eyes will be released in Europe in October, and I think reaction to this video could go a long way toward determining whether or not it arrives in the US at all.

It's important to note that del Toro didn't direct this - it's actually a guy named Guillem Morales - but it has that same inherently creepy tone that del Toro looks for not just in most of his own work but the stuff he produces as well. I wonder if this will get a US remake one day the way The Orphanage will. I think it fits that mold, based on the trailer.
This one's about a woman whose blind twin sister hangs herself - or did she - and during her investigation of her sister's death, Julia, who shares the same degenerative condition, begins to "see" things while rapidly losing her own sight. And who hasn't been there before?
