Sunday, August 8, 2010 at 9:23PM Bateman Pimps Aniston for 'Arrested Development'
With confirmation from Mitchell Hurwitz that there will be an Arrested
Development movie and that he's about to dive in and complete the half-finished script, Jason Bateman
is taking an opportunity to suggest his latest co-star for a role.

Discussing his new comedy The Switch with MTV, Bateman said of Jennifer Aniston, "Yeah, actually,
there's a real good part for her in the Arrested Development movie."
"There's no offers on this one. She's gonna have to sing for her supper," Bateman added. "I don't know,
we'll see if she's available. She's busy. She's pretty famous; I don't know if you've heard of her. She's
pretty backed up. Hopefully the guy who's in charge will like her for that part because I'm going to
suggest her."
Aniston has oodles of experience with comedies, of course, and she and Bateman not only have The Switch later this month, but they're in production on Horrible Bosses, which will open next summer.
I guess my only qualm is why we need more characters in Arrested Development; won't it be hard enough to fit everyone in as it is? And if Aniston's there and Kitty Sanchez (Judy Greer) is not, then I don't think I'd like that very much.

Yes, because in this story Gearge Michael falls in love with a horse, only Buster gets there first...
