Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 10:55PM Russell Crowe, the Baddest Man Alive
Yes, that's right. Actor Russell Crowe is taking the leap from Hollywood bad boy to The Man with the Iron Fist in Wu Tang Clan's RZA's directorial debut. Universal Studios gave the first time director the go ahead last May to the tune of 20 million dollars.

This was just announced by RZA himself at this weekend's MTV Video Music Awards. "I won't spoil it for you, but Russell's gonna be the baddest man alive. That man is in fighting shape. That man will knock you out." There is little that could spoil this film thus far, as the only known details are that it will be a martial arts flick.
Promising to be action packed and drenched in blood, RZA co-wrote the script with director/producer Eli Roth, and is producing the film with Quentin Tarantino.
RZA plans to begin production in December of 2010 in Shanghai, where the film takes place, and will be released sometime next year. Lets just hope that Mr. Crowe is able to behave himself off of the set.

Actually this film is not based on the Iron Fist character, it's an original screenplay. The name is just a coincidence, though Marvel has been considering making an Iron Fist movie themselves.
WHY are you wasting your time and ours on pointless, franchise-slum
slop like this?? ---in 2010???
