Months ago Joseph Gordon-Levitt joined the all-star cast for Christopher Nolan's third and final Batman installment, The Dark Knight Rises. Since then, it has been unclear what JGL's role in the blockbuster was going to be, as IMDB only has him listed as John Blake. After doing a little extra research, I learned JGL will play "a Gotham City beat cop assigned to special duty under the command of Commissioner Gordon."
And tonight we have a pair of set photos of JGL dressed as a beat cop, standing beside Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) to prove doing my homework on the topic was worth it.
