Friday, October 7, 2011 at 6:19PM New Trailer for John Cusack's 'The Raven' Finally Arrives
John Cusack stars as Edgar Allan Poe in this long awaited thriller The Raven. Cusack plays the famous author in this fictionalized story of Poe's final days, which find him in pursuit of a serial killer whose mocking his stories. And naturally the authorities believe Poe himself is responsible for these crimes of murder, until they realize he can be a huge asset in helping them catch the killer.
After all, the killer is killing to get Poe's attention any way, so he might as well play along.
V for Vendetta director Jame McTeigue brings us The Raven, and the first trailer does not disappoint. Alice Eve (Entourage) and Luke Evans (Clash of the Titans) join Cusack to round out the cast.
The Raven flies into theaters on March 9, 2012. Count me in.
