New Pics from 'The Amazing Spider-Man'

Marvel's next big summer movie is The Amazing Spider-Man (June 3, 2012), and GTBP has the exclusive new pics of Spidey (Andrew Garfield) and friends courtesy of the films Facebook page.  We've seen plenty of Garfield as the famous web crawler in posters, like the one above and the teaser trailer, but now we get an up close peek at a blonde Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy and the great Denis Leary as George Stacy, along with more action shots of the new Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

Our first pic of the officially released stills is of Stone as hero love interest Gwen Stacy.

Next Leary wields a pistol as George Stacy.  

Now a closer look at Spider-Man's amazing web shooters (yep, that's what I call them).

Peter Parker pins this Josh Hartnett look-alike against some lockers.  Rip his head off!

Spidey busts out his inner Jordan on the basketball court and endorses Nike in the process.  I seem to remember Jim Carrey doing a similar move in The Cable Guy.  

I'm still on the fence about this Spider-Man reboot, choosing to reserve my judgement for when I see Rhys Ilfans as The Lizard for the first time.  Again, we'll see The Amazing Spider-Man swing into theaters on June 3, 2012.
