Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 3:07PM 'Uncharted: Drake's Fortune' Looking at Scarlett Johansson for Role of Elena?
David O. Russell is on the lookout for some eye candy to star opposite Mark Wahlberg a.k.a Nate Drake in the movie adaptation of the hit video game Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Empire reports that Russell is setting his sights on Scarlett Johansson, among others for the role of Elena in the action adventure.

In a recent interview, Russell admitted he's considering Amy Adams for the role as well.
"I love Amy. I also love Scarlett Johansson; there's a lot of great actors I think might suit. Hopefully we'll see how it works out with everybody who are being scoped for the role," Russell said.
The director also discussed how much he's developed the character of Elena for the movie.
"Ah, Elena. I've cultivated her quite a bit and I think I've added a lot of dimension to her so that's all I'm going to say. I love the woman characters and the more robust they are, the more robust the movie."
I don't know if I'd describe Johansson or Adams as robust or not, but they're both attractive and talented actresses who have proven capable of giving us brilliant performances.
The powers that be are going to have to make a tough decision on who to cast. My vote would be for Johansson, but I'm incredibly biased. I've had a huge crush on her since Lost in Translation and will see anything she's in. On the other side of the token, Adams was great in The Fighter, and showed decent chemistry playing alongside Wahlberg.
It's time for you guys to decide who should play Elena in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Johansson, Adams, an unknown or other?
