Here's a disappointing trailer for the Conan the Barbarian reboot that will make you say to yourself, "what the hell did I just see?" And I don't mean that in a good way.
The original starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and I'm not expecting Jason Momoa (Baywatch) to come even close to Governor Schwarzenegger but after seing this trailer, it makes it seem like it should be one of those straight to DVD projects. Now to be fair, this is just a trailer and it shows you very little, but if the film is directed anywhere close to how this teaser was put together, I don't see the appeal.
The sound of lions, and the cheesy line of "Enter The World of Conan the Barbarian" doesn't sound much cooler with Mr. Movie either. Here, you check it out:

Wow, that was disappointing. DOesn't seem like much effort was put into it, but it seems like they just want to get the name out. Hopefully the full length trailer will be better.
Yeah, they REALLY need a complete trailer. I'm sorry, the actor makes it look like this is the pilot for a TV SERIES of Conan. I hope they surprise me with more than what my early impression of this is.
Agreed the preview makes it seem like a movie they'd show on the Sci-Fi channel.
