Two-Face Coming Back To 'The Dark Knight Rises'?

How would this be possible?  Last time we saw Two-Face, he was tackled by Batman and thrown off a side of the building.  There is no way he survived the fall.  But I guess as comic books go, they always find a way to bring back popular characters.

In an interview with CBS for his newest film, Battle: LA, Aaron Eckhart was asked the question whether he would play the role of Harvey Dent again in the sequel.  Here's what he had to say:

Now, chances are, he and Christopher Nolan are friends and he's just adding more fuel to the fire for the fans to be even more intrigued about the sequel in a way of helping out his buddy.  But it looks like if he does return, it may be a flashback of some sort.  His response of, "I could not possibly say", certainly makes it seem like he's going to return, but personally I don't think he's going to return in any shape or form.  That being said, maybe for future Batman films he wants to come back (a prequel?).
