Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 1:29PM 'Your Highness' Red Band Trailer Shows A Lot of Natalie Portman's Nude Hiney
Don't break the pause button, but the new red band Trailer from the medieval comedy, Your Highness has plenty of nudity and Natalie Portman's ass. I knew this film will have a lot of raunchy scenes but people in this film sure like to expose themselves. Which is why only an online exclusive red band trailer does the film justice.
Clearly this film is aimed at the male population but this is how you market a film like this. Lot of cussing, hilarious lines, and a preview of the nudity. Here's the clip:
Does this make you want to see the movie more? It does for me. Not because of Natalie Portman in a thong but because of the funny dialog. I also go to Hooters for the wings...they have good wings. =D
Your Highness releases April 8th and I predict it will be a blockbuster $30 million + at least in its opening weekend if they continue to keep up this marketing.

Literally nothing about this movie has looked funny to me, but I think because none of this is for me. I hate medieval action/fantasy films, I don't really find Danny McBride all that funny anymore, and I thought Pineapple Express was the most overrated comedy of the past 5 years or so. Natalie looks fantastic (as usual) but the jokes & gags in the trailer fall flat for me. Maybe the film is funny, who knows? But I'm just completely turned off by all of it.
Also, apparently the college I go to is trying to get the film to premiere at our campus. I don't like my school but I kinda don't want this film to be associated with my college.
Don't cry, Vince. Just go on with your life and pretend the movie doesn't exist. Voila!
I so love the "booby-trap" scene. If the rest of the movie totally blows I'd still rate it high
