Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 12:39AM 'The Hangover Part II' Poster Says it All, New Trailer Coming THIS WEEK!

Has there been a more anticipated comedy release ever in the history of film? Okay, yeah, that was a bit of hyperbole. But really, can you think of a more anticipated comedy release this decade than The Hangover Part II? Because I can't. In my screening of Sucker Punch this weekend, members of the audience literally stood up and cheered when the film's perfectly simple teaser trailer ran.
With the Memorial Day release sneaking up on us, Warner Bros. has unveiled the film's first official poster and announced the first full length theatrical trailer will premiere online sometime this week. And the anticipation continues to grow. Check out the poster below, it's just as simple as the teaser trailer but is still just as affective.

Bangkok certain does have them now. But I ask again, WHERE'S DOUG THIS TIME?!?! We'll bring you the full trailer when it's released later this week.
Synopsis:
In the follow-up to the record-breaking hit comedy “The Hangover,” Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), Alan (Zach Galifianakis) and Doug (Justin Bartha) travel to exotic Thailand for Stu’s wedding. After the unforgettable bachelor party in Las Vegas, Stu is taking no chances and has opted for a safe, subdued pre-wedding brunch. However, things don’t always go as planned. What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but what happens in Bangkok can’t even be imagined.

When I saw Sucker Punch over the weekend, audiences were way more ecstatic over the teaser than the movie itself.
