Saturday July 23rd at the San Diego Civic Theater is the where for this historic Comic-Con event. Reportedly, the who is to include an event with a few of the stars from the film, namely Olivia Wilde, Harrison Ford, and Daniel Craig. If it wasn't a couple of thousand miles away I might try to attend, since I think this will be one of the most enthusiastic audiences director Jon Favereau is going to be able to capture, and with any luck he will be able to set a precedence for comic movies to come.
Favreu just wants to give back to the fans, and can you blame him? He has made one helluva career for himself coming up from a fantastic beginning with films like PCU and Swingers, then moving on to create some of the biggest summer blockbusters around. He loves his fans, and his fans love him.
For those of you that are lucky enough to attend this wonderful event, enjoy. I will enjoy it a week later with the rest of the mortals, and try to spend that week not stumbling upon spoilers and the like.
