Everything dies in the latest trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2, or at least so I suspect.
I spent about an hour before writing this article trying desperately to think of a word that means 'looking back at the past favourably' that isn’t 'reminiscing'… I think it begins with a P.
It's on the tip of my tongue but every time I come close to remembering, it slips away into darkness. Why was this word so important to me that I would spend an entire hour thinking about it you may hopefully ask (as if you care); it’s possibly because I was bored, maybe because I'm not as clever as I previously thought but definitely because I couldn't think of much to say about this latest trailer for The Deathly Hallows - Part Deux.
The trailer starts off with a short moment of reflection, looking back at the road that brought Harry to the epic final battle, that’s what started off my train of thought but ‘reflection’ isn’t the word I’m looking for.
Then everything in the trailer explodes; I’m not kidding. The bridges explode, the Quidditch pitch explodes and some sort of advanced rollercoaster explodes which is all very good and spectacular but doesn't really help me remember the word which still won't quite break through into my vocabulary.
Lots of people die, Harry even talks to dead people (very Sixth Sense) and everything builds to incredibly loud crescendo and then it's over.
If only I could articulate how much I preffered the old trailer but the word still escapes me.
