Proverbial horror-movie auteur Darren Lynn Bousman, director of Saw (parts II, III and IV) and my personal favorite (i.e. guilty pleasure) Repo! The Genetic Opera, has returned with a new feature 11-11-11, that showcases the mythological and sometimes demonic occurence of 11:11.
Here's a quick synopsis:
After the tragic death of his wife and child, famed American author Joseph Crone travels from the United States to Barcelona, Spain to reunite with his estranged brother Samuel and dying father, Richard. However, fate has a different plan for Joseph as his life becomes plagued with strange happenings, and the constant sightings of the number 11.
Curiosity quickly turns to obsession, and Joseph soon realizes that this number holds a horrific meaning not only to himself but possibly to all of religion. Isolated in a foreign country with only the support of his companion, Sadie, Joseph soon realizes that 11/11/11 is more than just a date, it's a WARNING!

Often thought as the a wary sign that signals the presence of spirits or unholy beings, who's concept is similar to that of synchronicity (the occurrence of one or two events, to which may be unrelated and unlikely to occur at the same time, as seen in a more meaningful manner).
11-11-11 is set to be released November 10, 2011, written and directed by Darren Lynn Bousman. The film stars Michael Landes, Wendy Glenn and Timothy Gibbs.
