Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 7:13AM 'Colombiana' TV Spot is Zoe Saldana Being Sexy & Dangerous
Colombiana, starring the super fine Zoe Saldana is due in theaters this Friday, and no doubt everyone has seen the trailer a lot on TV recently. I know I have, not necessarily a bad thing.
In this post, I've included a TV spot that sums up the movie beautifully in all of 32 seconds. Really all we need to know about Saldana's character Cataleya Restrepo is she's not only dressed to kill (her assassin body suit is real clingy), but she'll get revenge against the man (Jordi Molla) responsible for killing her parents when she was just a child.
Honestly, the plot of this movie was better when I saw it in animated form during Kill Bill volume 1 when Lucy Liu's O-Ren Ishii exacts her revenge. I do think Colombiana will be ok, at least worthy of a Netflix rental since Luc Besson (Leon: The Professional, Taken) wrote the screenplay.
