A movie starring Channing Tatum that looks kinda good? That's a pretty rare feat, but it's possible writer/director Dito Montiel (Fighting) has pulled it off with the new cop drama The Son of No One.

The story centers on a young cop, Jonathan White (Tatum) who is assigned to a precinct in the same working class neighborhood he grew up in. Soon after he gets caught up in a department wide scandal that involves a series of unsolved murders. These cold cases could reveal a horrible secret from White's past, one that he tries to keep hidden, which could destroy the lives of him and his family. A veteran colleague and old friend of White, Detective Stanford (Al Pacino) wants to keep this secret buried as well.

Katie Holmes, Tracy Morgan, Ray Liotta and Juliette Binoche fill out the cast list for The Son of No One, which doesn't have a scheduled release date yet.
