The Super Bowl of rom coms and date movies is back for part II. The producers who gave audiences Valentine's Day now follow it up with New Year's Eve, another romantic holiday of sorts. Gary Marshall's next relationship film is equally star studded, featuring a cast of talent I'm not particularly fond of in Hilary Swank, Ashton Kutcher, Zac Efron, Sarah Jessica Parker, Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel.
Of course, all of these actors are rom com regulars and the ideal fit for this current movie. I don't know too many folks who have met his or her soulmate out partying during New Year's Eve, quite the opposite actually.
There's a demographic out there for this type of movie (women), so they'll continue to net solid box-office numbers.
