Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 6:30PM Trailer For Wes Anderson's 'Moonrise Kingdom' Released
Wes Anderson is a love-him-or-hate-him director if there ever was one. I'm planted firmly in the former category, but there are plenty of people who don't get the humor in his movies. I don't blame them. His sense of humor isn't like anything I've seen before, and it either resonates with you or it doesn't. Other fans of his have something to rejoice about, though, because the trailer for his next oddball comedy, Moonrise Kingdom, has been released.
This seems like it might be a little too much of a return to standard form after his more ambitious The Fantastic Mr. Fox, but it's also worth noting that it's his first live action PG-13 movie. That makes sense with the child-centric story, and it'll be interesting to see how this effects his sense of humor as a whole. It should also be great to see him work with some unusual (for him) actors like Bruce Willis, Ed Norton, and Harvey Keitel, in addition to mainstays Bill Murray and Jason Schwartzman. Are there any other Wes Anderson fans out there?

I'm huge fan of Wes Anderson films!
I am a huge fan of his work as well, The Royal Tenebaums has to be my favorite, closely followed by Fantastic Mr. Fox.
My personal favorite is Rushmore, and Bottle Rocket would be a close second.
