Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 11:28AM Teaser Trailer For 'The Devil's Carnival'

There's just no scale for how much I love Darren Lynn Bousman's Repo! The Genetic Opera. I wish my hometown did some shadowcast screening of the surely cult-hit rock-opera musical. If the talent behind that film (Bousman and Terrance Zdunich) with on-screen talent (Alexa Vega, Paul Sorvino and Bill Moseley) there's no denying the awesomeness of The Devil's Carnival.
The film is 55-minutes long, indeed a strange length, but it's set at a Carnival in Hell. There's nothing more awesome than that:

"Bousman describes Carnival as being “more accessible than Repo but also a lot darker thanRepo,” and says it will follow Repo in the way it reaches audiences: by going on the road.
Bousman is planning a 30-city rock tour beginning in April, turning venues into environments that tie to the movie and that will encourage audience participation. There will also be a 13-song album that gets released."
