Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 2:08PM 'The Bourne Legacy' Trailer & New Poster in the House!
As all that as Jason Bourne once was, there's a newer, better, stronger version appearing this summer in The Bourne Legacy. As Edward Norton says in this films first trailer, "Jason Bourne was just the tip of the iceberg," meaning Jeremy Renner's Aaron Cross is now top dog among the world's best super assassins/agents. "He's Treadstone without the inconsistency," another person points out.
Let's just say the first official trailer for Tony Gilroy's newest Bourne installment, The Bourne Legacy (August 3) is the bomb, as the cool kids would most certainly dub it, I think. The poster above isn't too shabby either, especially as a nice tie in to the trailer below.
The first difference I see in this version is Renner's character is an emotionless killing machine, where as Matt Damon's Bourne seemed to have a heart and soul. This should make The Bourne Legacy far more bad ass this time around, and I'll see you at the theater August 3rd.

What's with the titles? I guess ripping off Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho is the new thing.
