Arnold And Sly Have An 'Escape Plan'

Both Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone had big solo action outings, The Last Stand and Bullet To The Head, that were supposed to prove that they both had solo Box Office staying power.  And both movies tanked.  The two 80s action gods don't seem to be letting that keep them down, because they have another film together in the works, and it sounds just like something you'd see them make back in the golden days.

The film was originally going be to called The Tomb, but it has now been switched to Escape Plan.  It takes place in the near future, where Stallone is Ray Breslin, a professional prison escape artist hired to infiltrate and escape from prisons so that their weaknesses can be fixed.  In his final planned job, he gets holed up with Swan (Schwarzenegger) on a floating prison.

It opens September 13th, 2013.
