Commercials Director to Join McBride for 'Bullies' Comedy

My favorite funny man Danny McBride will be working with a director known for shooting commercials in his new comedy Bullies.  According to Deadline, Mandate Pictures and Rough House Pictures have selected director Randy Krallman to make his feature film debut with Bullies.  

The 30 Minutes or Less and Your Highness star will play one of two brothers who bully people their whole lives, until one day they get a taste of their own medicine.  Is this the perfect comedy vehicle for McBride or what?

Will Ferrell & Matthew McConaughey Reprise Roles in 'Eastbound and Down' Season 3

Will Ferrell and Matthew McConaughey will appear once more in what will likely be Eastbound and Down's third and final season on HBO.  Kenny Powers (Danny McBride) will also welcome new key characters to the fold this season, played by Jason Sudeikis and Ike Barinholtz (Mad TV).

At the end of season 2, Kenny Powers was headed to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a minor league baseball tryout, on an offer extended by an MLB scout (McConaughey).

Danny McBride & Funny Dudes Join 'Jay & Seth vs the Apocalypse'?

Danny McBride headlines the list of fellow funny men possibly joining Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel for Jay and Seth vs the Apocalypse.  Rogen recently spoke with MTV, while out promoting his next film 50/50, about the end of the world comedy he both co-wrote and will direct.  He mentioned that McBride, James Franco, Jonah Hill and Craig Robinson may be coming onboard as well.

Rogen and company were also pursuing Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, but it looks like he won't be involved.

Teaser Trailer for 'Eastbound and Down' Season 3

Everyone's favorite baseball player, with the trademark mullet will return for a third season of HBO's Eastbound and Down in January.  This season former Major League bad boy Kenny Powers (Danny McBride) will be taking his talents and his amigo Stevie Janowski (Steve Little) to Myrtle Beach.  

Kenny, having rediscovered his 100 mph pitch in Mexico with the Charros will try to reach the majors once again, this time in a try out for a minor league team in Myrtle Beach.

Movie Mini-Review: '30 Minutes or Less' Crowd Pleaser

I was fortunate enough to get sneak preview tickets to the Harkins Theatre here in Arizona, and the place is nice, but I was looking and saw matinee prices were $10, getting ridiculous. But back to the premise of this article, 30 Minutes or Less is hilarious. This movie staring Jesse Eisenberg, Aziz Ansari, and the gorgeous Dilshad Vadasaria will make you laugh so hard it will feel like a work out. The supporting cast is great, and this movie even though is short, is to the point and direct.
