'The Sitter' Gets New F-Bomb Heavy Trailer

Jonah Hill should never, ever babysit kids. Ever.Amidst a season of immortal gods, half vampire babies, and more holiday cheer then you can shake a stick at, comes a simple comedy about a college guy babysitting three precocious kids. 

Well...that's as simple as it seems.  When you throw Jonah Hill into the mix then you have trouble. 

The Sitter seems to have a basic night much like the 1987 movie Adventures in Babysitting, but much more raunchy.  Because of course Hill cannot just stay in the house and babysit for an entire movie.

First '21 Jump Street' Red Band Trailer

When I first heard about a 21 Jump Street movie I must admit I thought it sounded like a terrible idea.  The original TV series (1987-90) starred Johnny Depp before Edward Scissorhands launched him to A-list actor status, and was about a young looking police force who would go undercover in high schools to solve crimes.  

The 21 Jump Street movie has the same theme, except with stars Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum involved it's clearly steered more towards a comedy this time around.

Danny McBride & Funny Dudes Join 'Jay & Seth vs the Apocalypse'?

Danny McBride headlines the list of fellow funny men possibly joining Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel for Jay and Seth vs the Apocalypse.  Rogen recently spoke with MTV, while out promoting his next film 50/50, about the end of the world comedy he both co-wrote and will direct.  He mentioned that McBride, James Franco, Jonah Hill and Craig Robinson may be coming onboard as well.

Rogen and company were also pursuing Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, but it looks like he won't be involved.

Red Band Trailer for 'The Sitter' Starring Jonah Hill

We've got a funny Red Band Trailer for David Gordon Green's The Sitter starring the pudgy comedian we all know and love Jonah Hill.  The trailer has an odd Q&A intro with a super slimmed down Hill interacting with a group of kids, which isn't quite as amusing as the movie looks.

The Sitter reminds me of a movie I loved as a kid called Adventures in Babysitting only Hill isn't the talented nanny a young Elizabeth Shue was in that movie.

Mark Wahlberg & Jonah Hill to Join Forces for Buddy Action Movie the 'Good Time Gang'

Looks like Mark Wahlberg is taking the action-comedy route again ala The Other Guys, only this time he's teaming with plump comedian Jonah Hill.  The LA Times reports that Hill and Wahlberg will play a pair of absent-minded, partying mercenaries, who get serious when they realize a group of terrorists they're after involves one of their family members.

I know Hill has just wrapped up the action-esque movie adaptation of 21 Jump Street, but the thought of him portraying a tough guy is about as appealing as Wahlberg signing on for another comedy.  Those close to the project are describing it as a new twist on Lethal Weapon suggesting that the Good Time Gang might rely on the action more than the laughs.
