New Stills of Katherine Heigl in 'One for the Money'

Who's to say that we couldn't possibly enjoy a Katherine Heigl movie if you're not one fo those stereotypical cheesy rom-com lover?  Not that there's anything wrong with that...  At the rate that Heigl has been bombing at the box-office (Killers anyone?), maybe Lionsgate can deteer said career trajectory by releasing three photos from the Heigl-starring film, One for the Money directed by Julie Ann Robinson.  See them after the jump.

'One For The Money' Trailer Looks Like An Over Budgeted Lifetime Movie

You may have read the title and thought that my opinion for One For The Money was that it looks completely horrible.  Well, there are some pretty good Lifetime movies.  But this Katherine Heigl film, which is sort of like The Bounty Hunter from a womans perspective, was decent enough for me to sit through the whole trailer. 

Now I see why she still gets movies.

Fox Looking at Gerard Butler & Katherine Heigl for 'Romancing the Stone' Reboot?

Fox has wanted to relaunch a reboot of the classic adventure/comedy Romancing the Stone (1984) since 2007, and have possibly netted their next Jack Colton and Joan Wilder.  According to Movie Hole, the studio likes The Ugly Truth pair of Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl in the lead roles.  Nice to see reboot casting I can agree with for a change.

The original film, directed by Robert Zemeckis (Forrest Gump, Back to the Future trilogy) starred Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner, who had excellent chemistry.

Trailer To 'Valentines Day' Sequel 'New Year's Eve'

I am ashamed to admit that I did actually enjoy Valentine's Day, but my enjoyment was minuscule; if that could save me from having my man card revoked.  The film wasn’t well received by critics and even GTBP gave it 2 Damn Dirty Apes and I understand why.  Now, a trailer has been released for the sequel, New Year's Eve.

Katherine Heigl In, Halle Berry Out for 'New Year's Eve'

Sure Katherine Heigl is easy on the eyes, but unfortunately her acting talent hasn't always been as pleasant to look at.  According to Deadline, Heigl will replace the lovely Oscar award-winning Halle Berry in the star-studded cast of Garry Marshall's  romantic comedy New Year's Eve.

The film is a follow-up to last year's hit Valentine's Day and is about the lives of several New York couples and singles interwinning on one fateful New Year's Eve.  Heigl will play the love interest of Jon Bon Jovi (gross).  Luckily for the viewers sake, Heigl and Bon Jovi will only require a little screen time among the other actors in this massive project.
