Financial Crisis Reigns Supreme in New Trailer for 'Margin Call'

The feature trailer for writer/director J.C. Chandor's debut film Margin Call gives viewers an up close and personal look at the beginning stages of the financial crisis that hit the U.S. hard a few years ago.  The perspective in this thriller comes from the people working at the investment bank, who were deepily involved in the unraveling.

A formidable cast was assembled for this film with Kevin Spacey, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Irons, Zachary Quinto (Star Trek), Stanley Tucci and Demi Moore being just a handful of the stars in this one.

Kevin Spacey is a Slave Driving Psycho in this 'Horrible Bosses' Trailer

I'm looking forward to Horrible Bosses.  Although the film has "letdown" written all over it, I think if you go into it with the attitude that this will be nothing more than an entertaining flick, you may be pleasantly surprised.  Afterall, the star studded cast itself is worth paying money for.  Maybe not the $13.50 regular admission price but certainly at least the $8.25 AMC Gold tickets you can now buy off our store at http://www.entertaina.com.

Out of all the characters though, Kevin Spacey's seems to be the funniest.  He just plays that asshole character so well.

Comedy + Murder = New Trailer for 'Horrible Bosses'

I'm certain most diehard fans of the short-lived Fox series Arrested Development  would tell you how great it is to see Jason Bateman come into his own on the big screen since the cancellation of that underappreciated sitcom.  The new comedy titled Horrible Bosses, due out this summer pits three close friends, Bateman, Charlie Day (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) and Jason Sudeikis (Hall Pass, Saturday Night Live) against each of their respective evil bosses, whom after swapping work-related horror stories about decide they want to murder to help one another out.

Movie Review - 'Casino Jack'

Casino Jack Starring Kevin Spacey and Barry Pepper Directed by George Hickenlooper Rated R

Casino Jack is a quirky drama that chronicles the real life events surrounding well-known DC lobbyist Jack Abramoff, that took place between 2003 and 2005. Many of us may remember when the scandal broke, then labeled “the biggest political impropriety to hit the Beltway since Watergate.” Abramoff and partner Michael Scanlon were found guilty of three criminal felony counts related to defrauding American Indian tribes and public officials.  Fascinated by this icon of greed and corruption, director George Hickenlooper set out to unearth the man behind the outrage, and in doing so, discovered the sheer hypocrisy of the American political system.

Kevin Spacey is positively electric as Jack Abramoff, who the film defines as a man torn between wanting the most out of the American dream, and an intense religious foundation and the desire to benefit the world. His transformation and navigation of a character that bandies between quick-witted schemer and caring family man is not only breathtaking, it is tragically human. This is especially apparent in scenes where Abramoff becomes almost neurotically defensive of his actions and desires. At the pinnacle of these confrontations, he slides frighteningly into his chronic self-defense mechanism, impersonating characters in films or politicians. These attributes, collected from multiple meetings with the actual Jack Abramoff in prison, construct an amazingly three-dimensional character, who almost seems to breathe a sigh of relief when his misdeeds are finally exposed.

'Casino Jack' Trailer Shows off Sex, Money, Greed and Power

Leave it up to Hollywood to come up with a trailer that looks so exciting, you quickly forget it's a movie about a Washington DC lobbyist Jack Abramoff.  If you're not familiar, Abramoff was involved in a massive scandel in which he was convicted of fraud, conspiracy and tax evasion in 2006.  For all this, he was sentenced to six years in prison.

Although the Abramoff story was interesting enough for a documentary to be made earlier this year, this Hollywood version starring Kevin Spacey looks awesome.  If there is one thing this two minute full-length trailer tells audiences, its that Kevin Spacey is absolutely perfect for this role - slick, cool, cocky, and powerful.
