Is Shane's Time on 'The Walking Dead' Running Out?

Some casting news is making the rounds today, and the rumors could have serious implications regarding AMC's The Walking Dead.   Variety reported that former Walking Dead head man Frank Darabont is currently eyeing actor Jon Bernthal (Shane from Walking Dead) for a major role as police officer in his new TNT series  L.A. Noir.  This has sparked speculation that Shane's days of zombie slaying may soon come to an end, as the second half of WD season 2 is set to premiere in February.

A Sneak Peek of 'The Dark Knight Rises' Before New 'Mission Impossible'?

I was already debating whether or not Mission:Impossible - Ghost Protocol was going to be a theater trip, and if the rumor that is spreading like wildfire today turns out to be true, it may just push me over the edge.  Supposedly, the 6 minute opening sequence from The Dark Knight Rises is playing before M:I in IMAX theaters someone reported to /Film.

*Spoiler Alert* Possible Opening Scene from 'The Dark Knight Rises'?

More leaked videos from The Dark Knight Rises set equals more speculation as to where said footage will show up in the movie.  New videos have surfaced from the Los Angeles set, where Christopher Nolan and company are currently filming, which some believe are sequences from the opening scene to Batman's next adventure.

*Spoiler Alert* 'The Dark Knight Rises' New Spoiler/Rumor

Plenty of rumors have swirled since The Dark Knight Rises started production a few months ago.  There was the speculation of Miranda Tate (Marion Cotillard) being Talia el Ghul (not sure I spelled that right) being the most recent rumor mill fodder.  Today we have a new juicy bit of gossip to chew on, courtesy of ComicBookMovie.

Rumor Patrol: 'Avatar 3' Begins Shooting In November?

I know this may seem a bit far-fetched and it could very well be but YouTube partner and host of the weekly YouTube show, "Movie Buzz" Peter Rallis has come out and stated that Avatar 3 is set to begin filming this November.  Apparently, Avatar 2 has wrapped production earlier this year.  

I don't know how true this rumor is but for now I'm leaning toward true.  If Jim Cameron wants to release these films Christmas of 2014 and 2015, post-production would need to begin about now.  After all, Avatar was in production since March 2008, well over a year before its release in December 2009.
